Designation : Analyst / Senior Analyst – Financial Planning & Analysis

Job Description :

Develops, interprets and implements financial concepts for financial planning and control. Performs technical analysis to determine present and future financial performance. Gathers, analyzes, prepares and summarizes recommendations for financial plans, acquisition activity, trended future requirements and operating forecasts. Performs economic research and studies in the areas of rates of return, depreciations, working capital requirements, investment opportunities, investment performance and impact of governmental requirements.

ESSENTIAL DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide periodic financial data to functional management and other stakeholders on an accurate/timely basis after completing research on variancescompared to plan / prior period numbers. Developing Management Reports which include the following FP&A domain:
* Planning & Forecasting including Revenue & Sales Analysis
* Cost Center Expense Reporting and Analysis
* Revenue & Sales Reporting &Analysis
* Other Adhoc Reporting.

Desired Profile :

Education & Experience :
· Inter CA/ Inter ICWA or MBA (Finance) from a reputed Institute
· 6 months to 2 years experience

Knowledge and Skills :
· Great communication skills which should include fluency in English (written & spoken) and good listening skills.
· Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel). Working knowledge of MS ACCESS is desirable.
· MUST be very good with numbers and should possess eye for detail.
· Must be willing to work in shifts and stretch during reporting cycles.
Experience : 0 – 2 Years
Education : UG – Any Graduate, PG – CA,ICWA,MBA/PGDM – Finance
