Hands-on experience (must have worked on these technologies themselves) in one or more of the following areas -
Web 2.0 technologies including one or more of AJAX Toolkits (ExtJS, Dojo, YUI, Jquery), Adobe Flex)
Core Java, J2EE skills, EJB, Servlet

Desired Candidate Profile :
Strong communication skills, both written & verbal, with ability to communicate ideas & concepts in an organized fashion.
Prior experience in the trading or banking domains would be significant advantage
Understanding, & experience, in Agile
