Desired Candidate Profile :
-Handle customer queries wrt billing,tariff plans,change of plans ,installments and payments.
-Upselling 3 products & services
-Handling technical customer queries with regard to mobile phones and internet
-Trouble shooting-Broadband and internet connectivity problems
-1st & 2nd bucket collections i.e reminder calls and recovery
-Inbound Outbound processes
-Rotating work offs: 2 Work offs in a week.Could be any days of the week
-Willingness to work in a challenging environment
-Excellent Communication skills
-Basic computer application skills & Selling / Convincing Skills
-Should have good negotiation and convincing skills
