-Knowledge of UML and XML will be an added advantage
-Should Posses good communication skills.

-Exposure to entire life cycle process of Software Design, Development and Implementation.
-Exposure in database programming using Sql server Database.
-Ability to work independently and with a team.
-Should be a Team Player
