The Business Unit
Product Engineering is responsible for all design and development of eGain’s suite of products. The team works out of two locations in India, Pune and Delhi.
To provide high quality customer support to eGain customers worldwide.

Responsibilities :
Supporting US/UK customer queries over phone and through e-mail.
Debugging the product code and customisation / testing.
To deliver the output within specified SLA.
Reporting the issues to be escalated.

Desired Candidate Profile :
Job Qualifications and Requirement:
6 months – 1year exp. with degree of BE/ MCA /BSc in electrical /computer science or 3 yrs diploma in computers from a reputed school.
Very good communication skills and customer orientation.
Very knowledge of technologies like – SQL, Oracle, XML, Java, IIS,Weblogic, Webshpere, Linux, Windows.
Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Ability and willingness to work in a team.
