Designation : Associate Software Engineer

Job Description :
Roles & Responsibilities:
* Analyze business requirement documents, and interface with business requirement or operations teams to gain clarity on requirements
* Estimate the effort involved in configuration of the requirement
* Design a solution to meet the requirement
* If the solution requires a PL/SQL fix, come up with the design for the PL/SQL procedure and assign it to the team that develops these. Assist the team in development and debugging, as required
* Analyze existing solutions including existing PL/SQL functionality to evaluate if it can be reused to satisfy client requirements
* Configure the solution in development database and unit test it
* Migrating the unit tested solution into QA and Staging environments
* Ensuring Quality and timely deliverables
* Performing knowledge transfer activities or train new members of team in technical areas

Desired Profile :
Requisite Skill-sets/Behaviours:
* Good communication skills
* Strong analytical and logical skills with an appetite for learning
* Good command over PL/SQL
* Atleast 1 year of experience in any ERP or Oracle Applications is preferred
* Good team player
* BE or MCA is preferred, but not mandatory

Experience : 1 – 3 Years
Education : UG – B.Tech/B.E., PG – MCA
Location : Bengaluru/Bangalore
