2) Prepare the technical specs for a functional requirement
3) Code Review the work of a Junior Developer
4) Preparation of Technical Documentation

Desired Candidate Profile :
Should have worked in Customer Projects in below technologies
JSP
Servlets
JDBC
Java Script
EJB
JMS
Webservices
Oracle 9i/10g : SQL/PLSQL
CVS
Spring/Hibernate.

Desirable Skill Set :
1) Excellent Communication, Self Motivated and Dynamic and Good Team Player
2) JCA Certification and Strong Analytical Skills
3) Knowledge of Logistics Management
4) Knowledge on ISO or CMMi process
