Job Description:
· Solving queries for UK customers.
· Make outbound sales/ Take inbound calls
· Need to have good English.
· Fluency in English
· Very good rate of speech.
Skill Set:
· Excellent communication skills
· Willing to work in shifts
Selection criteria
• Education – Applicants with a Graduation are preferred. However, undergraduates who fit our age criteria and possess a minimum of 1 year’s call centre experience could also apply.
• Work Experience – Applicants with a minimum of 6 months call centre experience or with minimum of 1 year non call centre experience need apply.
• Age – Preferred age group would be between 21 and 30 years.
Candidates should be based in Bangalore – This Position is for US/UK / Australian shifts only and does not involve working in day shifts. So candidates should be flexible enough to wok in any given shift.
Interview Time – 9.30 AM – 12.30 PM ( Weekdays)
