Job Description:
• The Engineer would be responsible for giving technical solution.
• Resolve technical issues through diligent research and troubleshooting
• Work directly with other technical Support Partners, quality assurance, engineering, sales, marketing, operations, and administration to resolve problems
• Document all technical inquiries, develop and review content for knowledge base
• Help test alpha and beta products

Desired Skills
We are looking for Engineer – Linux/Unix with our Bangalore ODC

Technical Specification
- Should have minimum of 3 Months exp in Unix OR Linux OR Windows
- Working knowledge of Networking

Soft Skills :
- Should have excellent communication skills
- Should be willing to work in rotational shifts
- Should be willing to relocate/work in Bangalore
