Job Profile:
The person will be responsible for technical web support on phone and will be involve in troubleshooting of technical matters for our existing clients/ customers.

Person should be proficient in computer, internet, MS (Office), can handle web troubleshooting on phone for the existing clients/ customers. Knowledge of networking, hardware/ software, web server, etc will be added advantage.
Co-ordination with Technical support department, Web development department, Operation department, etc.
Work in team with high energy.
Good communication skills with soft spoken skills, target oriented.
Can handle stress and good in time management.
