Responsibilities:
- Gain complete knowledge of the ACCESS application and its interfaces.
- Understand CUBS application and its interface
- Ensure uptime of the application.
- Provide migration plan for migrating Cubs to Access collection application
- Provide Design for migrating Cubs to Access collection application
- Design review of product implementations
- Tune End of day / month / year jobs for optimum performance.

KRAs:
- Should make sure that any change promoted to production should be flawless.
- Gain complete knowledge of the code base of the Collection System and interdependencies with other systems such as the dialer.
- Take ownership of migration from conception through deployment, setting up environments, providing technical inputs, design and development.
- Ensure 99.95% uptime of the Access application.

Software Engineer Development/Production Support
Position: Mainframe Development / Production Support
Technology: CICS, VSAM, JCL, COBOL
Experience: 2-4 Yrs in Development or Production Support
Education: BE/BTECH/BCA/BSc/MSc/MCA (NO B.com, BBM, BBA, MBA, BA)

Responsibilities:
- Experienced Mainframe Support or Development Professional.
- Responsible for problem analysis and troubleshooting.
- Must be able to analyze issues and problems with minimum supervision, and come up with solutions.
- Able to learn new technologies quickly.
- Ability to work independently in a global work environment.

KRAs:
- Should make sure that any change promoted to production should be flawless.
- To gain complete knowledge of the Collection System and the interdependencies.
