Kenexa Vizag is looking for software engineers with experience in developing web applications using .NET technologies who have a computer science degree and strong background in computer science fundamentals to join us in the role of associate software engineer. You’ll become a part of our energetic group which shares a desire to design and develop quality and innovative software products, and help form the backbone of our global product-based software development team.
Responsibilities:
1. Own and maintain existing complex product code with minimal supervision.
2. Debug existing code and find the root cause of an issue.
3. Participate effectively in triage discussions.
4. Manage communication with stakeholders and ensure progress on issues.
Desired Candidate Profile :
Requirements :
1. Must have a Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science or relavent Engineering field.
2. Solid background in Computer Science fundamentals.
3. 1-3 years experience in software development.
4. Hands on experience in developing web application in Microsoft technologies.
5. Thorough knowledge of C#, ASP.NET are essential.
6. Good knowledge of SQL Server as backend.
7. Excellent communication (English) and analytical skills. Must be proactive.
8. Exposure to VB6 and COM is a plus.
9. Must be willing to work on existing VB6 code along with .NET.
10. Must be willing to work in the production support of a large complex system for atleast 2 years.
