* Preferably a Computer graduate or post graduate.
* Knowledge of Java Technology.
* Unix scripting skills
* SQL & general DB skills
* Good command of MS Office
* Knowledge of general IT concepts and affinity with software applications
* Proficient in English (both oral & written)
* Excellent communication & customer handling skills
* Stress resistant
* Availability outside business hours
* Ability to work in a very structured way
* Passion for support

Job Description :
* 2/3 years experience in L1/L2 support activity.
* Unix scripting skills
* SQL & general DB skills
* Good command of MS Office
* Knowledge of general IT concepts and affinity with software applications
* Travel flexibility (up to 25%) with possible multi-week assignments in China, India or somewhere else.
* Proficient in English (both oral & written)
* Excellent communication & customer handling skills
* Stress resistant
* Availability outside business hours
* Ability to work in a very structured way
* Passion for support
