* Should be good at sharepoint object model, web parts, features, workflows, design patterns, Visual Studio .Net, solution package deployments, authentication

Desired Candidate Profile :
Graduate with good communication & interpersonal skills
Min 2 yrs exp in MOSS / Sharepoint Development
Exp in portal design, configuration, tuning, installation in MOSS / WSS
Hands on exp in .Net & SQL & knowledge of 3.5 framework
Can join early
