Neelachal Ispat Nigam Limited, a joint venture company promoted by MMTC Limited (a Government of India Enterprise) and IPICOL (a Government of Orissa Undertaking) requires professionals for its 1.1 MT integrated steel plant located at Kalinga Nagar Industrial Complex, Duburi, District Jajpur and its captive mines located at Koira, District Sundergarh, Orissa.

GM (HRM): 01 Post
Qualification: MBA with HRM/ PG Diploma in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations.
Age: 50 years max

AGM (BOF): 01 Post
Qualification: Degree in Metallurgical/ Mechanical Engineering.
Age: 45 years max

AGM (CCP): 01 Post
Qualification: Degree in Metallurgy/ Mechanical Engineering.
Age: 45 years max.

AGM (EMD): 01 Post
Qualification: Degree in Chemical/Mechanical / Metallurgy Engineering.
Age: 45 years max

Deputy Manager/Assistant Manager (Energy Management): 01 Post
Qualification: Degree in Chemical/Mechanical / Metallurgy Engineering.
Age: 36/33 years max

Manager/Deputy Manager (Refractory): 01 Post
Qualification: Degree in Ceramic/ Refractory Engineering.
Age: 39/ 36 years max.

Pay Scales: (Pre-revised)
GM – Rs. 20500-500-26500/-
AGM – Rs. 19000-450-24400/-
Manager – Rs. 17500-400-22300/-
Deputy Manager – Rs. 16000-400-20800/-
Assistant Manager – Rs. 13700-350-18250/- ( Pay scales are under revision w.e.f. 01-01-2007 )
