Job Description :
Primary Responsibilities :
Designing, developing, executing, and maintaining test plans, test cases, and test methodologies that ensure exhaustive testing of all assigned applications.

Secondary Responsibilities :
• Work closely with project team/customer to design and implement solid test functional coverage
• Design, implement, and maintain complex testing environments
• Plan, develop, and execute system and regression level testing scenarios on multiple platforms.
• Write automation code using scripts and readiness to learn new ways of writing automated tests(say in C#), as per project needs.
• Provide detailed descriptions of defects in the defect tracking database
• Actively support customers during Beta Programs
• Read and interpret technical materials
• Increase level of knowledge in regard to the product and related technologies.
• Take on special projects (Setting up servers, test data, research, etc.)
• Perform other duties as assigned

Desired Candidate Profile :
Education and experience :
• More than 2.5 years of Software Industry experience or equivalent
• Close to an year testing in multiple Operating System scenarios
• Strong interpersonal and technical skills
• Possess good written and verbal communication capabilities
• Experience in developing and maintaining test plans and test cases
• Knowledge of hardware and software environments. Experience working and managing virtual environments is welcome
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Problem solver that can work both independently and as a member of a team.
