Designation : Service Delivery Executive/ 2-5 yrs/ Noida
Job Description :
• Should have excellent communication skills.
• Hands on experience on SLA Management.
• Knowledge of SQL Server.
• Good customer handling skills
• With a very good command over English.
Location : Noida
Desired Profile :
Responsible for service delivery for the customer in line with the agreed statement of work (SoW) and service levels (SLA’s)
Ensure absolute quality standards of technical & business service delivery
Provide direct project/account oversight and management.
Advocate client service requirements and “outside in” perspective.
To manage and provide IT service delivery to external customers as well as own end-to-end ownership of customer related issues. Ensure fully functional ITIL process.
Providing system support to the customer as per the terms and conditions of the system support contract.
High level of customer orientation and interfacing with the customer for all system support issues.
Interpreting and Developing policies and procedures
Strong knowledge of people management and team building
Strong problem analysis and solving skills
Strong negotiation skills; presentation skills; and process management skills
