Job Description :
He/she will be responsible for
• Analysis, Design, Development and Implementation of customized software applications
• Maintenance of existing applications
• Coding in Visual Studio.NET (VB.NET/ASP.NET/ ADO.NET) /ASP/ VB/XML/ XSLT/Crystal Reports/ MSSQL/Web Services environment
• Working on multi-tiered Client/Server or Web based applications
• Database Design and Development
• Testing and adherence to Quality Processes
• Documentation
• Timely delivery of projects/sub projects
• Timely reporting to immediate senior
• Maintenance and Support of existing projects
• Contributing to the enhancement of the company
Desired Candidate Profile :
• MCA / B Tech (Computer Science)
• Exposure to VB.NET/ASP.NET/ADO. NET/ COM / DCOM/COM+/XML/ MSSQL and IIS will be given preference.
• Database programming skills in MS SQL Server / Oracle / Stored Procedures using ADO.Net
• Preferably MCSD/MCP/MCAD certifications for .Net
• Strong understanding of Object Oriented Programming and
Application design
• Knowledge of tools used for troubleshooting and debugging in MS
• Skills to learn quickly, to adapt and to learn new technologies
• Should have exposure to Software coding standards and standard documentation procedures
• Good communication skills – written / oral
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Commitment to Quality and Deadlines
• High self motivation & achievement orientation. (A self-starter willing to tackle new and challenging problems)
• A “can – do” attitude.
• User sensitivity / focus
• Stability, integrity, honesty, initiative & flexibility.
• Preferably worked in an ISO 9001:2008 or CMM certified
