Job Description :
1. Will have to manage team of developers.
2. Getting understanding of requirement for development from the Analyst team & providing the understanding to developers.
3. Work management / time management of self and team menbers.
4. Training, managing & monitoring team mambers on performance / domain / development.
5. Preparing technical documentation of development done by his / her team and inserting the same in system.
6. Query solving / training to end user. After development services.
7. Ensuring error less development is done and performance is increased.
Desired Candidate Profile :
Preferred candidate should possess following:
1. Should be good at technical skills viz. development / coding in above mentioned languages.
2. Should have minimum 1+ yrs. of experience.
3. Should have leadership quality and should be able to get work extracted from team of developers.
4. Able to perform in pressure & a workoholic person.
5. Preferred if having experience in financial domain.
