Desired Candidate Profile :
• Participate in development of code and code specifications as per design guidelines
• Assist in bug fixing and customer problem reports
• Complete assigned tasks in time and as per defined quality standards with guidance from senior team members
• Understand development environment, processes, tools and customer requirements
• Develops Customer focus and process orientation
• First level testing
• The job involves a through understanding of customer requirements and providing technical inputs to the development.
• The person will manage a team of implementation experts.
• Very good in coding, designing, testing and implementation
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem solving skills is a pre-requisite.
• The person will manage a team of implementation experts, through effective inter-department co-ordination.
• Should have been part of successful software development and support teams with a strong desire to excel and innovate.
• Experience in the Banking / Financial sector would be preferred.

Job Description :
Should have good Technical knowledge of BASE24 / Any other switching system, Interchange interfaces like VISA, MasterCard & ISO8583.
Implementation experience on BASE24 or Transaction Switching system / Tandem / TAL /TACL /COBOL /Prognosis / CMS / C/C++, Payment Gateway related projects.
Working Knowledge of devices like ATMs, POS.
Should be experienced on HSM & Key management.
Should be experienced in Requirement gathering, Effort estimation & Team leading.
Should have good Communication & Interpersonal skills.
