Job Description :
Understanding the HR process flows from the customers. Preparing the documents based on the understanding. Configuring the setup. Training the customer users on the application functionalities.
- Functional knowledge on HR would be an added advantage.
- Experience in developing any self service or intranet portals would be an added advantage.

Desired Candidate Profile :
- Basic SQL server knowledge with .net experience.
- Business Analysis techniques.
- Should have worked in customer projects where work flows etc are configured.
- Should have good communication skills (in verbal as well as drafting in English to be able to understand & communicate bact to the cusomers).

Should be able to train the customer users on the functionalities of the application during the implementation cycle.
