Job Description :
As a team member – programming related activities as described below.
As a team leader (based on experience and proven capability in the organization) – provide technical guidance to team members, manage development targets etc.
Application programming in .net/ SharePoint technologies
Installing/ Configuration of WSS/ MOSS server,
Application Architecture/ database design/ UI design
Developing sites / sub-sites, document libraries, web-parts etc.
Contribute to Preparation of Requirement Specifications/ Design Documentation/ Testing Documents
Adhere to organization and project processes and ensure compliance with Quality Systems.

He/She should be able to adhere to tight project timelines
He/She should be able to prepare proper project documents and give presentation of the developed application
He/She should be a good team player and responsible for customer delight and escalations

Desired Candidate Profile :
MCA/BTech/ BE/GNIIT
MS certifications will be an additional advantage
Atleast 2 years of Microsoft (dotNet technologies) of which atlesat one year should be on Sharepoint
Should have worked on/exposure on application development like ERP, CRM, SCM, Self Service etc
