Job Description :
Software Techincal Support Engineer to provide Level-1 support to our USA customers. This position is strictly for night-shifts (Mon-Fri 8:00PM to 5:00AM India time). The position requires investigating, resolving and communicating with the customer, whenever an issue is raised.

Desired Candidate Profile :
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Techincal Support of Web & Windows-based applications, developed in ASP.NET, C# & SQL Server 2005 – MANDATORY.
• Excellent Oral and Written communication skills in English are required – MANDATORY.
• Ability to develop web and windows based applications in ASP.NET, C# and SQL Server 2005.
• MUST work night-shifts (Mon-Fri 8:00PM to 5:00AM) India time.
