Desired Candidate Profile :
Capita India is seeking a Technical Project manager with a proven track record in working on large software developments to work in an exciting new IT delivery organisation in Andehri. The individual will be responsible for overseeing a technical support team responsible for Database Administration, Source Code Management and technical environment support and configuration management. The support team will ensure that all software development and test environments are fit for purpose and available to the 350+ development and test personnel on the programme. The successful applicants should have strong technical skills and have at least 8 years experience in running a technical support environment supporting software delivery. The role will be responsible for the management of a team of up to 10 technical experts including DBAs, Infrastructure Specialists and requires strong Project Management, Project Lifecycle and People Management skills..

Job Description :

The jobholder should have the ability to work under pressure and as a team player. The PM must be an experienced manager of technical and Infrastructure support staff and will probably have 8 years’ experience within IT and 3 years at project management level.
