Job profile:
- Handle customer and technical challenges for the services
- Ownership for all issues in the handled shift
- Manage customer communications both voice and email
- Maintain service level as per the commitments
- Escalate and follow up with customer for support issues
- Generate reports and report to the lead.
- Ensure implementation of quality system and maintain quality/ system procedures
- Give timely feedback with a view towards improving operational and individual efficiency
- Strict adherence and to compliance with the existing Information Security Policy
- Troubleshooting on Tomcat Apache (Servers), Databases (preferably MySQL) and awareness in Java and XML
