- Candidates with technical certifications (CCNA, Red Hat, etc.) would be given an supplementary distinction

Soft Skills Required – Should have excellent verbal & written communication skills

Other Criteria :
- Should be willing to work in Night Shifts
- Should be willing to work in Enterprise Product Support Project
