Desired Profile :

- Should have hands-on experience in .Net development including in areas such as C#, ASP.NET, VB.NET, Web Services, SQL Server 2K & UML.
- Experience in designing and preparing the architecture
- Should be able to do analysis, design, gather business requirements and effectively turn into development specifications, prepare design documents & participate in reviews.
- Technical lead candidates should be able to supervise 4- 8 members team and act as liaison between onsite and offshore.
- Should be able to interact with client point of contact for the discussion on the problem and solution.
- Open to work in Offshore and onsite environment
- Experience in developing web applications is an advantage.
