Job Description
Technical skills-
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Consulting and First level solution provider for MS exchange 5.5, MS Office 2003 and 2007, good Link, Right fax applications, direct Push (Active Synch), Genesys Meeting Center. Configure, troubleshoot and manage software applications (e.g. Mercury ITG Tool, RSA Authentication Manager for VPN connectivity, Wireless Setup and Its Connectivity. Responsible for providing solutions to critical issues of business users related to Software Applications, hardware and networking issues. Manages Cisco Phone Set Up, Voice Mail and Its Configuration. Works On
Incident/Issue Management by understanding the problem of Business Users, documenting and delegating/communicating the analysed report to the support group for implementing the solution. Managing escalation of issues to specialized support groups for serious technical flaws. Building knowledge bases and give solutions to avoid frequently occurring issues.
QUALIFICATION
Any Science / Technical Diploma or Graduation
Minimum Work Experience required: 1 year.
Good analytical, coordination and communication skills are essential.
Customer service skills.
Understanding of Computers and Trouble shooting skills required.
Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with abilities to negotiate and interact with entry and middle level management and technical support vendors.
Knowledge on MS exchange, Active Directory and MS office would be an added advantage
Should be ITIL Certified and familiar to Six Sigma.
Education:
Minimum 15Yrs/16 Yrs Of Regular (Academic) Education, 10[SSLC]+2+PUC+3 or 4 [Bachelors]
OR 13 Yrs of Regular Education 10[SSLC]+3-Technical Diploma from State Board of technical education
Arts Graduates are not eligible.
