*Expertise in core Java development
*Experience on J2EE/Spring framework
*Worked on Hibernate/ AJAX client framework, HTML/ DHTML, javascript & JUnit testing
*Good database concepts using SQL
*Financial Domain Experience preferable not mandatory

Desired Candidate Profile :
*Good Handson experience on Java, J2ee, Spring, Hibernate/ Ajax, XML/ XSLT
*Strong on database concepts using SQL
*Exposure to process based approach, IDE’s, configuration management, build & deployment
*Good verbal & written communication
